Consult and update Salesforce via Slack

You need your internal clients to be able to do 80% of the work needed to create a complete webinar campaign without accessing Hubspot. With Workato the solution is easy:

1. Create a form in Google Forms where you will ask for all the necessary information to create the webinar (title, description, agenda, date, speakers, etc.).
2. When you complete the form Workato will consolidate all the information and send you an email for you to authorize the creation.
3. If the information is complete, you can click the accept button in the email and Workato will connect to Hubspot to create all the necessary assets and workflows. It will also connect to Zoom to create the webinar. You just need to check in Hubspot and Zoom that everything is created correctly and launch the campaign.
4. If the information is incomplete, you can click on the reject button and you will indicate to the requester what information is needed to resubmit the request successfully.
